Who we are
Investment management, kept independent
Antecedo Asset Management GmbH is a privately held investment management firm headquartered in Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe, in the Rhine-Main region of Germany. The name Antecedo — Latin for "to go before" — reflects the way we work: identifying risk before it becomes a loss, and structure before it becomes an afterthought.
We are not part of a bank, insurer or brokerage platform, and we do not distribute retail investment products. Our focus is narrow by design: absolute return strategies for investors who value capital discipline as much as they value performance.

Risk & compliance
Monitors exposure and mandate limits independently of the portfolio managers, and maintains the firm's internal control framework.
Client relations
The main point of contact for prospective and existing clients, coordinating reporting, meetings and general enquiries.

Our office sits just outside Frankfurt am Main, one of Europe's principal financial centres, giving us proximity to markets, counterparties and infrastructure while keeping the firm itself deliberately compact.
